“I am on Social Security Disability, have been with Quality Healthcare Services for five years now and have always been treated like I am their only customer. They are more than solicitous in every aspect of services they render. If there are any questions, problems or need for another Certified Home Health Care Aide, they are in constant contact with me, with very little delay, as I need an Aide from 8am -12pm, Monday-Friday.
I have been a Type 1 diabetic for 13 years now as I had to have my pancreas removed as well as half my stomach and they even sent a Diabetes Professor to me to help me with my personal issues, medications and diet. I thought I knew it all by now but learned invaluable information from the Professor and her associate. The Quality Healthcare Services Nurse on staff periodically stops by to make sure I am fine and happy as well.
Their Aides are reliable, honest, truly dedicated professionals who have mandatory refresher courses, at least quarterly, given by Nurses. The Aides will do anything to make my life easier and love to keep busy.
I highly recommend Quality Healthcare Services as I have been with several other healthcare organizations who can’t hold a candle to them, treated me like a number, I could not get the hours I wanted or the services they provide. I cannot say enough or be more grateful for their services.”
